By using any services provided through the Capico website (https://capico.app), you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all of the terms and conditions described in this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. Please read this Agreement and related notices carefully before using the service. By registering, accessing, or using the Capico website, you agree to the Terms and Conditions described in this User agreement. If you do not agree to this User agreement, please stop using the website and any of its services.

You may not use this website for money laundering, malicious market manipulation, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity.
Dos and DDos, network and virus attacks on the website, apps, servers, and other resources related to the Capico platform are prohibited. User accounts suspected of such attacks or other intentional actions aimed at causing loss or damage to the website's operation may be suspended or blocked until all the circumstances of the incident are clarified.
Capico provides the user with information platform that allows the user to obtain market data on digital assets, charts, quotes, and analytics from various stock exchanges, as well as the opportunity to use a virtual demo account for trading for educational purposes. The website functions as a platform for providing information services and is not a buyer or seller in trades between the transaction participants.
In order to get access to the use of the service, the user shall create an account, provide the information required for creation of the user account, ensure security and confidentiality of their account data, and limit access of the third parties to this information.

You may view the account information on the website, the current state of the digital asset market, conducted or active transactions, and use other functions provided by this website.
You guarantee that the digital assets used in transactions and owned by you are obtained and held legally. You agree to be fully liable for any loss or income resulting from your activities in performing or not performing a transaction. You are solely responsible for any and all transactions performed using your account and password for logging in to the website. If you detect unauthorized use of your account, login password, verification codes, or any other security problem with your account or other accounts by the third parties, please notify us on it immediately. You shall not lend or lease, assign your account, borrow, or otherwise dispose of your account in respect of any other person without our written consent.
You understand and agree that, in all circumstances, we shall not be liable for any loss of information, disturbance or loss of data, interruption of operations, cancellation or failure to complete a transaction, loss of income, lost profit, or lost opportunity. We shall not be liable in any way for any failure to provide or delay in providing the services, or for any consequences or losses caused by failure of the information network connection, power supply failure, failure of computer, software, or other systems, maintenance or failure of network equipment, fault of banks or other institutions, including your Internet service provider; natural disasters, natural anomalies, military conflicts, government actions, or orders of judicial or regulatory authorities, collapse of the digital assets market, as well as other actions that are beyond of our control or are caused by the third parties.
You understand and agree that, by using the API keys to connect to the exchanges, even if Capico platform is functioning properly and without interruption, you may incur losses and bear other risks associated with delays in sending or receiving the data, receipt of erroneous or incomplete data from the exchange, and complete inability to send or receive the data through the API keys due to technical or any other reason on the part of the exchange in which your digital assets are stored.
We cannot guarantee that all documents, materials, and other information contained on the website are completely secure and free from any viruses or other malicious software. We shall not be responsible for any damage or expenses that you may incur as a result of sending the information containing your personal data over the Internet, since the Internet or other public networks are not completely secure and this information may be lost or intercepted during the transfer. Capico makes commercially reasonable efforts to prevent the loss or damage of data containing users' personal information and will treat such data in accordance with the service's Privacy Policy.
As provided herein, Capico grants the user the right to access and use the services, various materials, and content solely for information purposes, completion of transactions, and use of other services permitted by the Service.
Intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, the logo and graphic elements, charts and diagrams, web design, database, source codes, photo or video materials, sounds, and various combinations of the above, belong to this website. You may not copy, send, modify, or use all of the above for commercial or other purposes without the written permission of the service.
